Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Smart contract / Rollup Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Solidity/EVM Smart contracts with a keen interest in the evolving Web3 and RWA landscape for DeFi. This role primarily involves creating, designing, and implementing smart contracts, leading and managing the rollup infrastructure (Layerzero OFT, Hyperlane, Optimism L2 stack).

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be open to working
• Has contracts on the Ethereum/EVM that have handled non-trivial amounts of funds
• Develop libraries and code to interact with smart contracts and Node backends via NodeJS
• Writing, testing, and enhancing Solidity/EVM smart contracts

• Proven experience with Solidity security audits & working with auditors

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• In a time zone between PT to ET (UTC-8 to UTC-5)
• Proficient in scripting (i.e. Bash) and automation frameworks (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef)
• 4+ years of proven experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Experience managing and optimizing bare-metal servers.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in creating and maintaining blockchain RPC nodes (e.g. Ethereum, Arbitrum, Solana etc.)
• Knowledgeable in deploying services reliably using tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, TravisCI, or Jenkins.
• Proficient with monitoring and logging tools (e.g, Prometheus, Grafana etc).
