About the Role:

We’re looking for a product-driven senior or staff-level engineer. Our engineering team tackles complex challenges at the core of our trading infrastructure and user experience. At Ares, engineering defines the culture, pace, and quality of everything we build — pushing the limits of what’s possible in crypto-native systems.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the CEO and have transparency into other aspects of the company
• Architect important systems and anticipate strategic and scaling-related challenges via thoughtful long-term planning
• Design and implement core infrastructure across the full stack — from high-performance frontends in Next.js + Tailwind to backend systems in NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Solana RPCs
• Work on transactional engines that optimize for execution speed, accuracy, and UX under volatile, memecoin-driven conditions
• Drive the architecture of our real-time trading intelligence layer, fusing onchain and offchain signals into actionable interfaces
• Build integrations with external services (Telegram, bots, alerting engines) to power novel product experiences
• Ship fast and often — we deploy product daily and treat working code as the ultimate source of truth
• Collaborate directly with founders and a small team of senior engineers in a high-bandwidth, fast feedback loop
• Engage with early users — from CT influencers to alpha groups — and shape features around real workflows
• Take ownership over what you build, with freedom to make autonomous decisions and move without bureaucracy

About Mangrove

Mangrove is a next-generation order book DEX where liquidity providers can post programmable offers. By linking arbitrary smart contracts to liquidity, Mangrove opens up a novel design space for DeFi infrastructure and composability. We are looking for a Fullstack Blockchain Developer to join our core engineering team. The role is full-time, ideally based in Paris, but remote-friendly for the right candidate.

What you’ll do

As a Fullstack Developer at Mangrove, you will be responsible for building both frontend interfaces and backend services, and we mean it. This is a true fullstack role where you’ll be central to the project’s success, supporting Mangrove’s new CLOB-as-a-Service branch, already backed by several top-tier partners.

You will:

• Build modular, performant frontends (React/Next.js) and cleanly integrate with backend and smart contracts
• Design and maintain backend services (Node.js/TypeScript) supporting complex trading logic
• Collaborate with smart contract engineers to bridge protocol mechanics with user-facing tools
• Develop and implement new strategies based on research insights
• Contribute to Mangrove’s technical and product direction
• Scale, monitor, test, and optimize production systems in a fast-paced DeFi environment

Requirements

• Solid full-stack Web3 dev (frontend + backend)
• DeFi and crypto power user, eager to learn
• Expert in React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks
• Skilled with EVM contracts using ethers.js, wagmi, or viem
• Experience with Hono, Ponder, and on-chain data indexing
• Built and shipped live DeFi products with real users
• Clean, tested code; autonomous and fast-paced mindset
• Fluent in English and partially available during CET hours

Nice to have

• Experience with smart contract development (Solidity)
• Passion for DeFi, trading, or low-level protocol design

About the role

At CoW DAO data plays a central role in how we understand on-chain activity and operate our fair combinatory auction system.

We’re looking for a Data Engineer who’s excited to dive deep into blockchain data (Ethereum and other L1/L2s), enrich it with insights from our off-chain auction system, and build the pipelines and infrastructure to support operations and analytics. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across teams, design scalable systems, and make high-quality data accessible and actionable across the organization.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with teams across the company to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure for ingesting and processing on-chain and off-chain data
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and discoverability through testing, monitoring, and documentation
• Create tools and systems that make it easy to access, query, and visualize data (using tools like Redash, Metabase, or Looker)
• Keep an eye on the evolving blockchain data ecosystem—experiment with new tools and techniques to stay ahead
• Own your work end-to-end: from initial idea to deployment and maintenance

Who you are

• Solid experience designing and maintaining scalable data architectures (data lakes, warehouses, pipelines)
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL
• Comfortable working with blockchain data providers and APIs (e.g. Dune, Etherscan, CoinGecko)
• Familiar with decoding Ethereum transactions and simulation tools (e.g. Tenderly, Phalcon)
• Experience with modern data orchestration frameworks (Dagster, Airflow, or Prefect)
• You write clean, tested, and well-reviewed code and follow best practices for deployment and monitoring
• You’re a self-starter, collaborative, and not afraid to take ownership

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Experience contributing to or using open-source data/analytics tools in the Web3 space
