Job Description:
As a Senior PHP Developer at Calldrip, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the foundational infrastructure that powers our flagship applications. You will be responsible for developing scalable backend systems that support a growing portfolio of products. Your expertise in PHP and deep understanding of scalable systems will be essential in ensuring the performance and reliability of our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using PHP.
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Create and maintain integrations.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance and scalability issues.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and technical direction of the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in PHP development.

- Experience with modern PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
- Proficiency in database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications
- Good grasp of UX and UI design principles, design patterns, and modern architecture

- Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
- Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
