Actively engage in hands-on coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a primary focus on Backend development. Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, Docker, Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies. Experience with Database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elasticsearch for data storage and management. Experience with Messaging systems such as Nats, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.. Experience with Monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog) Strong understanding of code architecture and design principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders. Analytical mindset to address complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies to grow as a full-stack engineer.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Svelte + SvelteKit or other server-side rendering frameworks (e.g. React + NextJS, Vue + Nuxt, Quasar, etc) Proficiency in JavaScript fundamentals, Design Patterns, Subscriptions (WebSockets, Pub/Sub), TypeScript, GraphQL, Storybook and related technologies.
