Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities:

    • Provide on-time deliverable of talent development & organisation development programs
    • Quality of deliverable measured by key users/ stakeholders (learners, managers, HRBPs) feedback & satisfaction
    • Assist in designing, developing, deploying & evaluating talent development programs, including online asynchronous learning paths, live training sessions, and use of external resources (e.g., executive coaches)
    • Support the assessment and analyses of team/ employee learning needs and help create tailored solutions
    • Support the performance review cycles, talent review and succession planning initiatives
    • Support change management activities, including impact analyses, stakeholder engagement and communications
    • Contribute to the development of job, skill and development frameworks for various teams
    • Contribute to people & business data analyses for understanding management effectiveness, leadership competencies and organisational health to propose improvement plans
    • Maintain accurate and organised records of learning activities
    • Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

    • At least 4 days/week for 6 months dedicated to internship, currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably relevant to Business, HR or I/O Psychology
    • Good understanding about human resources management; experience with learning/talent development/organisation development is a plus
    • Strong curiosity with an open mind and eagerness to learn, able to collaborate with cross-cultural teams
    • Skillful and concise communications, able to explain complex concepts in simple terms with fluent English
    • Sound logic for generating solutions from problem analysis; creativity is preferred
    • Proactive & organised way of working, willing to go extra miles for success
