Who We Are: SkyTrade is the planet's first air rights marketplace (n to 1), operating at the intersection of Real World Assets (RWA) and Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN). We work with institutional real estate players, homeowners, government agencies, drone logistics firms, and crypto-native investors. Our users range from high-net-worth property owners in Manhattan to DeFi degens in Singapore. You need to think in both Excel and memes.
We're a pre-TGE startup with massive ambition and a bias toward execution. You’ll work directly with the founders and lead the charge in establishing revenue-generating partnerships. This isn’t a sandbox BD role. It’s a frontline position where your actions open markets and shape the company’s trajectory.
What You Will Do: As Business Developer, your job is to identify, close, and scale commercial opportunities across the SkyTrade ecosystem. You’ll drive adoption of our platform with real estate asset owners, drone fleet operators, and telecom partners. You will:
- Build, qualify, and convert pipelines of commercial leads (institutional and retail)
- Close deals across multiple verticals including real estate, DePIN, drone logistics, and tokenized finance
- Identify and secure partnerships with air rights brokers, real estate developers, logistics companies, telcos, and token infrastructure players
- Create winning pitch decks, proposals, and deal structures tailored to diverse stakeholders
- Represent SkyTrade in meetings, demos, events, and negotiations across markets (real world and Web3)
- Work closely with product, legal, and marketing to ensure our offers match real-world needs and close loops fast
- Help define and iterate GTM strategy across geographies (U.S., MENA, LatAm, APAC)
- Report directly to founders with clear metrics, deal updates, and lessons learned
Who You Are: You’re an execution machine who gets things done, fast and right. You're naturally persuasive, commercially-minded, and adaptive to complex markets. You have:
- 4+ years of experience in BD, sales, or strategic partnerships (Web3, PropTech, DePIN, or fintech preferred)
- Deep interest in emerging infrastructure, tokenized assets, and real-world dealmaking
- Prior experience closing high-value B2B or B2G deals
- Strong understanding of property markets, crypto economics, and DePIN incentives—or the hunger to master them fast
- No fear of cold outreach, long pitch cycles, or demanding partners
- Excellent communication skills—both for pitching and structuring deals
- A record of hitting targets and building durable business relationships
Bonus: Experience working in start-ups, real estate, drone logistics, or infrastructure tokenization.
