As we aim to simplify the web3 experience, enhance user engagement through personalized recommendations, and take our users along in this journey of web3 awareness, we are leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to build a scalable web3 solution that abstracts away all the underlying complexity. With the expansion of our AI capabilities, we’re looking to onboard a Machine Learning Engineer with a keen interest in web3 and experience in data engineering, and natural language processing to join our team.

This individual will play a key role in building our recommendation systems and AI-assistant, while also helping establish robust data pipelines for on-chain and off-chain data collection.

What you’ll be doing

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing on-chain and off-chain data from multiple sources.
• Build recommendation engines that offer personalized suggestions for cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and other web3 services to increase user experience and engagement.
• Cross-collaborate with product managers, engineers and developers to integrate AI/ML models into the company’s smart wallet platform.
• Bring experience building AI smart assistants that help users understand complex web3 concepts, answer their questions, and provide seamless onboarding experience.
• Conduct extensive research on blockchain and web3-related data sources, including transaction data, user behavior, and sentiment analysis.
• Optimize and fine-tune models to improve performance and scalability.
• Monitor model performance and continuously iterate to improve the AI-powered recommendations.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML developments and web3 technologies.

What we’re looking for

• 5-7 years of experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines
• Knowledge of databases and cloud-based storage solutions
• Familiar with integrating data from web APIs, such as exchanges, blockchain analytics platforms, and social media.
• Proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, with familiarity building chatbots, question-answering systems, or similar conversational AI applications
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP)

Nice to have

• Understanding of the web3 ecosystem with experience/ interest in blockchain technologies.

Looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help the founder (engineer) maintain, update, and expand the Arells marketplace. This role will be ever changing and require the developer to wear many hats (as it will be a co-founding role). The developer will get up to 40% equity in the company (dependent on the duration of their stay).

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work with the founder (engineer) to update and upgrade the Arells Marketplace.
• Resolve users/investors technical problems.

Required Skills:

• Full-Stack (Front-End/Back End) development.
• UI/UX design.

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years experience building out Web Applications.
• Interest and love for Web3/Crypto

Additional Requirements or Expectations Specific to the Position:

• Candidates need to live in the USA (preferably San Francisco Bay Area). If not, must be willing to re-locate as this is a “co-founding” role and will require founders (and the core team) to be in close proximity.

Your north star is to drive app developers to the Superchain via several workflows:

• Build and maintain example applications: Create and maintain comprehensive example applications and documentation that showcases the potential of our developer tools.
• Evangelism: Advocate for our tools by creating technical content (blogs, social media posts, videos), presenting at conferences, and participating in livestreams and hackathons.
• Community engagement: Interact with the developer community to gather feedback and share it internally to help drive product enhancements.
• Tool improvement: Actively contribute to the improvement of developer tools by making pull requests and suggesting feature enhancements based on user feedback.
• Internal collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align on messaging and ensure our tools are developer friendly.
• Open source contributions: Engage in open source efforts where applicable, promoting best practices for developer experience.

What skills do you bring?

• Strong background in software engineering with experience building developer tools and/or blockchain applications.
• Comfort with Solidity is important, and knowledge or willingness to learn Golang would be helpful.
• Strong familiarity with Git, Github workflows, and making pull requests.
• History of contribution to open source projects.
• A deep interest in improving tools for developers and making the development process easier, more efficient, and more enjoyable. Empathy for the developer experience and unending curiosity about their needs.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly through both written content and presentations. Comfortable presenting at conferences and other public forums.

Role Description

As a Developer Relations Engineer at Helius, you will be the face of our company to the developer community. Your role will involve advocating for our platform, fostering relationships with developers, and ensuring their success in building on Solana using Helius tools.
