The Role: Manager, Software Engineering
Gemini has about one hundred software engineers spread across a dozen project teams. In this role, youâll be responsible for helping these teams define their roadmaps, plans, and goals, helping them achieve those goals, and guiding each team member to develop their career at Gemini. Deeply involve yourself in the design and modernization process, and use your existing experience of building cloud systems at scale to guide the team to build robust, scalable and highly available systems.

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $198,000 - $247,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package.
