Role Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Developer Relations Manager to spearhead our developer relations & content strategy. This role combines deep technical expertise with exceptional content creation and community engagement skills to elevate LayerEdge’s presence among developers and broader audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that highlights LayerEdge’s unique offerings and positions us as a leader in blockchain solutions.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to craft insightful content that resonates with our community.
  • Content Creation:
    • Produce engaging and informative content, such as Twitter threads, demo videos, blog posts, and technical documentation, to promote LayerEdge’s technology.
    • Manage and update technical resources on our platforms to ensure developers have access to accurate and helpful information.
  • Product-led Leadership:
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align community initiatives with company goals.
    • Gather feedback from the developer community to inform product improvements and innovations.
    • Build and showcase simple dApps that demonstrate the capabilities of LayerEdge’s products, inspiring and educating developers about practical applications.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background with proficiency in blockchain technology, particularly Bitcoin and Layer 2 solutions.
  • Minimum of 2 years in Developer Relations, Software Engineering, or a related field, with substantial experience in content creation and community building.
  • Proven ability to produce compelling, technical content that engages and educates a diverse audience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and other relevant development tools in the blockchain ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, and the flexibility to adapt to new technologies and industry shifts.
  • Independent work style with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
