Your Role

At BIO.xyz, we are building the future of decentralized science (DeSci). Our platform connects autonomous agents to cutting-edge labs and smart contract-based treasuries, enabling researchers and agents to collaborate, innovate, and push the boundaries of scientific discovery. What You'll Be Doing

• Platform Development: Design and build scalable, modular front-end and back-end systems for the Bio Protocol platform.

• Web Application: Create intuitive UIs for researchers and agents to submit tasks, manage funding, and view experiment outcomes.

• Blockchain Integration: Develop and integrate Ethereum smart contracts (Layer 1 or Layer 2) into the platform for $BIO token transactions, staking, and rewards.

• API Layer: Build RESTful or GraphQL APIs to connect the front-end interface with agent harnesses and external lab resources.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in fullstack development

• Proven experience with blockchain technology (Solidity, Hardhat, or similar

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.js/Vue.js, and Python

• Experience with database systems like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or IPFS

• Knowledge of smart contract development and integration (e.g., ERC-20, staking mechanisms)

• Understanding of Ethereum Layer 2 solutions (Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum)

• Enthusiasm for decentralized systems, DeSci, and innovation in research

• Experience in integrating AI/ML models with web applications preferred

SORAMITSU is the developer of and major contributor to the open-source blockchain platform Hyperledger Iroha, which is tailored for enterprise and public-sector use. We are seeking a highly skilled blockchain developer with deep expertise in blockchain technologies and smart contract development, focusing on Solidity, Ethereum, and various Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols. This role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing secure and scalable blockchain solutions.

You will be responsible for:
