This role is crucial in supporting developers across all the blockchains Asphere provides RPCs for, primarily through virtual channels with strategic in-person engagements. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in nurturing our developer community and fostering the organic growth of the Asphere ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Developer Support and Education

Serve as the primary point of contact for developers using Asphere's RPC services across multiple blockchain networks. Provide expert-level technical support, guidance, and troubleshooting for RPC integration and dApp development. Develop and deliver technical workshops, presentations, and educational content through both virtual and in-person channels.

Community Engagement and Growth

Participate in strategic developer events, including approximately four in-person week-long engagements per year and numerous virtual hackathons. Foster strong relationships with key developers and projects in the blockchain ecosystem. Devise and implement strategies to convert new developers into organic evangelists for Asphere's products and services.

Product Improvement and Documentation

Collaborate with Asphere's product, engineering, and documentation teams to gather developer feedback, contribute to product improvements, and enhance technical resources. Ecosystem Development

Qualifications

Located in the European time zone  Demonstrated expertise in blockchain technology, Web3 development, and RPC protocols, equivalent to 5+ years of professional experience Proven track record of supporting developers and contributing to the growth of developer ecosystems in the blockchain space Strong technical background with hands-on experience in building or supporting decentralized applications (dApps) and working with smart contracts In-depth understanding of multiple blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, Solana) and their respective development ecosystems Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to quickly grasp and troubleshoot complex technical issues Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Demonstrated ability to create engaging technical content, tutorials, and documentation for developer audiences Experience in conducting technical workshops, presentations, and developer training sessions, both virtually and in-person Proven ability to build and nurture developer communities, with a track record of turning users into advocates Familiarity with community management tools and techniques Willingness to travel for approximately four week-long events per year Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to revolutionize various industries
