Education:

Work Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python (required) and C++ or similar languages (preferred) in Linux-based environments.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, and writing efficient, well-documented code. Knowledge of Solidity for smart contract development and familiarity with blockchain concepts (e.g., web3, decentralized networks).
• Comfort with APIs (e.g., REST, WebSocket) and cryptographic techniques for secure integrations. Blockchain & DeFi:
• Understanding of DeFi ecosystems, including protocols like Uniswap, Aave, or similar platforms. Ability to develop and audit smart contracts for reliability and security.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Smart contract / Rollup Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Solidity/EVM Smart contracts with a keen interest in the evolving Web3 and RWA landscape for DeFi. This role primarily involves creating, designing, and implementing smart contracts, leading and managing the rollup infrastructure (Layerzero OFT, Hyperlane, Optimism L2 stack).

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be open to working
• Has contracts on the Ethereum/EVM that have handled non-trivial amounts of funds
• Develop libraries and code to interact with smart contracts and Node backends via NodeJS
• Writing, testing, and enhancing Solidity/EVM smart contracts
• Experience with foundry and testing with Tenderly
• Proven experience with Solidity security audits & working with auditors

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English communication
• Crypto Native
• Comfortable working in the fast pace and volatility of early-stage startups
• Strong understanding of the L2 Rollups and its ecosystem, upcoming technology, and application-specific blockchains
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in backend and smart contract development
