Requirements
- At least 3+ years of professional engineering experience working in a collaborative product-driven environment
- Expert proficiency in one or more of our core languages: Golang, Typescript, Solidity, or Rust
- Excitement for blockchain, web3, and similar decentralized technologies
- Strong written and oral communication and organization skills in English
- Good understanding of computer science fundamentals
- Comfort in a remote role as a part of a distributed team located across multiple time zones

Politech seeks a Front End Engineer to join our team. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills who will work as a team player and a self-starter. The ideal candidate should have mid-level experience, but won’t be placed in some hierarchical structure. This position will work directly with the other developers and report directly to the CEO.
The individual should be highly motivated to make a difference and to move progressive issues forward. Minimum Qualifications

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Kotlin Android developer to join our engineering team to build our highly anticipated Android app. Teleport currently operates on iOS so you will be working closely with our lead iOS engineer and product designer to make sure the Android app can match the iOS app in functionality and design.
This role will report to the VP of Engineering and will need to collaborate regularly with the engineering team. We are excited to welcome someone who is a fast learner, interested in the space, and ready to get their hands dirty. Keep reading to learn more about the role. An interest in blockchain technology and wanting to learn to implement user-facing blockchain technology, is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Test features for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Monitor and manage application crashes and bugs using appropriate tracking tools.
- Analyze usability metrics to improve application performance and user satisfaction.
- Maintain a CI/CD pipeline for iterative app development.
Requirements
- Proven software development experience and Android skills development using Kotlin.
- Proven working experience in Android app development with a portfolio of released applications on the Google Play Store.
- Experience with Android SDK, third-party libraries, and APIs.
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Basic understanding of iOS development with Swift.
- Experience with distributed version control and collaborative workflows with Git/GitHub.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Experience with crash tracking tools, and CI/CD tools for deployments.
- Experience with usability metrics tracking tools.

Chainlink Labs seeks to power smart contracts on all blockchain ecosystems. We believe in a multi-blockchain universe, where users are able to leverage the strengths of different blockchains for their particular needs.
As a software engineer on the Blockchain Integrations team, you will own the integrations of upcoming blockchains into the Chainlink platform, working directly and building relations with the founding engineers while gaining expertise in each new innovative ecosystem. You will be the driving force behind building this critical infrastructure for cross-chain connectivity while working with a globally distributed team. You will report to the engineering lead on the team.
Your Impact:
- Own the end to end integration of Chainlink products including CCIP and Data Streams to new cutting edge blockchains to enable exponential growth of the network
- Lead viability research to assess compatibility and coordinate integration through chain-specific node development, token bridging, deployments, monitoring, tooling, and testing
- Work collaboratively with industry leaders, developers, users, and the web 3 community
- Work closely with node operators to connect their Chainlink nodes to new blockchains
- Support components and service layers to sustainability scale and support integrated blockchains
- Collaborate cross functionally to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the integration process
Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of experience working in software development
- Excitement for blockchain, web3, and similar decentralized technologies
- Professional engineering experience working in a collaborative, product-driven environment
- Experience owning the communication of project progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation directly with stakeholders and partners
- Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals
- Proactive, creative, and resourceful when tackling ambiguous technical challenges
- Comfort in a remote role as a part of a distributed team located across multiple time zones
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Golang
- Familiarity with: Rust, TypeScript, Solidity, Postgres, Terraform, AWS
- Experience in blockchain and other Web 3.0 technologies, as a web3 developer and/or as a backend service developer
- Experience in designing and building distributed systems
- Experience contributing to the open source community
