About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our growing Product & Technology team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, scalable digital solutions while shaping development best practices and mentoring other developers. This is a high-impact position where you’ll work across the full development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and evolve our digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain high-performance fullstack applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Design robust, scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to power seamless frontend-backend integration.
Lead technical planning: define scope, estimate tasks, and guide kickoff and planning sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing) to deliver innovative features that align with business needs.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Leverage Datadog or similar tools to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance reliability.
Champion security and compliance standards in all stages of development.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to teammates on architecture, design, and best practices.
Ensure system high availability and redundancy across development and production environments.
Create and maintain clear, thorough documentation to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Stay current with emerging technologies and share knowledge internally to foster team growth.
Contribute to the broader digital strategy, helping us deliver world-class online experiences.
What You Bring
5+ years in fullstack development, with strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks.
Deep experience with Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Proficient in PostgreSQL and integrating databases into production-ready apps.
Strong knowledge of API development, both RESTful and GraphQL.
Advanced experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Datadog.
Familiarity with Docker, Git, and Git-based workflows.
Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience working in Agile environments with iterative delivery.
Bonus Points For
Experience with Elixir for building scalable and concurrent systems.
Familiarity with PHP in modern web development environments.
