This open source will extend the work already done in the widely used OpenZeppelin Contracts library. We are looking for developers who have strength in Solidity, Rust, or Typescript development and have deep knowledge of smart contracts and dapps.

In this role, you will play an essential part in designing and implementing new library modules, communicating with smart contract developers and blockchain network community members to gather feedback, and working collaboratively with other members of the development team to make sure our open source libraries and associated tools meet developer needs and expectations. You will be responsible for smart contract coding, testing, documentation, and security. You may also participate in open source tools development to assist developers using our library.

You have

  • 2+ years of experience in software development.
  • 1+ years of experience developing smart contracts (Solidity or other languages).
  • Good understanding of design best practices and security in the Ethereum ecosystem.
  • Prior experience working remotely: strong personal organizational skills, a love for self-time management, and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Advanced English communication skills — all of our internal and external communication is in English.
