Team - The Agent Productivity Tools (APT) team is a vital part of Coinbase’s Enterprise Applications and Architecture org, responsible for building the customer experience platforms that streamlines the customer service and compliance processes with innovative services, tools and applications that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of CX agents. Role - You will be building applications that will enable Coinbase Customer Agents and other users to increase their productivity, drive automation, and deliver impact at scale through full stack dev and 3rd party integrations.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Build new services to meet critical business needs using Golang, GRPC, Typescript and React.
- Support team members in design techniques and best practices in coding, testing, release/deploy process, documentation, metrics/logging and scaling.
- Support assessment and implementation of third-party integrations.
- Deliver cross-functional outcomes to complex problems in collaboration with product, design, security, data or other engineering teams
- Demonstrate a keen awareness of Coinbase’s platform, development practices, and various technical domains and build upon them to efficiently deliver improvements across multiple teams.

As our Mobile App Developer, you will work on migrating the current web-based experience of Bitrefill into native mobile for iOS and Android. A large percentage of our users are mobile and your job will be ensuring that they have the best possible experience using Bitrefill on the app.

Team/ Role Paragraph: The Data Platform team builds and operates systems to centralize all of Coinbase's internal and third-party data, making it easy for teams across the company to access, process, and transform that data for analytics, machine learning, and powering end-user experiences.
