ABOUT DOUBLEZERO
DoubleZero is a decentralized, permissionless protocol that revolutionizes network performance for distributed systems like blockchain. The mission is simple: increase bandwidth and reduce latency.
DoubleZero increases bandwidth by filtering junk data that currently plagues validators and other network operators. DoubleZero reduces latency by connecting these filters with underutilized private fiber links in the form of a mesh network. By combining these improvements and routing the right data through optimized, low-latency paths, the DoubleZero protocol empowers blockchains and other systems to reach performance levels that are currently impossible.
In short, DoubleZero is a new Internet for distributed systems. It is supported by two organizations: DoubleZero Foundation, which drives the adoption, decentralization, security, and advancement of the protocol; and Malbec Labs, which develops the technical components of the protocol itself. We look forward to hearing from you.

CoW DAO is on a mission to protect Ethereum users from MEV and optimize trade execution across DeFi. We achieve this through the CoW Protocol, CoW Swap (a leading intent-based DEX aggregator), and the innovative MEV Blocker, which together help secure, aggregate, and route trades for optimal outcomes. We also fund values-aligned projects via the CoW Grants Program.
CoW Protocol is consistently ranked among the top DEX aggregators by monthly volume and is the largest intent-based exchange. Our MEV Blocker protects trades from harmful MEV extraction and is integrated across the Ethereum ecosystem. The CoW AMM is the only live AMM designed to protect liquidity providers from LVR (loss-versus-rebalancing).
With over 100 open-source repositories on GitHub, we’re transparent, community-driven, and deeply committed to the open-source ethos. Our real-time Dune Analytics dashboard showcases billions in cumulative trading volume and a rapidly growing user base. As we continue to scale, CoW DAO remains at the forefront of DeFi innovation, prioritizing security, efficiency, and decentralization.
Location: We are a fully remote team, and although we hire almost globally, there is a preference for this role to be based in Europe or remote +/- 4 hours CEST time
Please note we’re not hiring from the US, Australia, or New Zealand
Position: Full-time contractor

As a Protocol Research Engineer at Raiku, you’ll dive deep into Solana’s consensus mechanisms, validator dynamics, and block-building edge cases to help push the boundaries of what’s possible on-chain. Your work will directly inform and evolve Raiku’s infrastructure — including ahead-of-time auctions, deterministic inclusion, and decentralized execution environments.
This role is ideal for an engineer who obsesses over protocol-level behavior, from slashing conditions and fork choice rules to novel token incentive structures and inclusion guarantees. You will collaborate closely with our core engineering team, lead technical research deep-dives, and shape future SIMD proposals and Raiku-native designs.
Raiku is building a high-performance execution layer atop Solana that enables guaranteed transaction inclusion, pre-confirmations, and slot-level coordination — unlocking a new design space for ultra-reliable onchain apps. We’re backed by leading investors, deeply technical, and shipping fast.
As an Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer at Raiku, you will lead critical engineering efforts that drive the performance and scalability of next-generation distributed systems. You’ll join a highly proficient team of core engineers, all of whom have contributed to foundational and novel infrastructure innovations.
We believe in hiring exceptional individuals who are deeply motivated by complex core infrastructure challenges and guided by a coherent system design philosophy that moves our industry forward. Expect frequent group discussions on architecture, design specs, and code reviews. We ship quality code quickly and often — and we are deeply committed to it.
Raiku is reimagining Solana’s transaction and consensus ecosystem by enabling validators to connect directly with purpose-built execution environments. Our platform delivers unprecedented performance, guaranteed transaction inclusion, and deterministic settlement for the next generation of internet-native applications. We unlock radical bandwidth and latency improvements by shifting Solana’s focus to efficient state verification — enabling high-velocity, reliable applications at massive scale.
Our entire platform is built in Rust, connecting Solana’s L1 with advanced L2 extensions and enabling deeply complex network interactions. Your primary focus in this role will involve Rust systems programming, infrastructure architecture (e.g., Kubernetes), and operational scripting across languages such as Rust, Go, and Typescript. Full-stack understanding — from bare metal to application interfaces — is critical to success here.
As a Senior Rust Core Engineer at Raiku, you will spearhead our engineering efforts, driving the innovation and implementation of next-generation high-performance distributed systems. You will work with a highly proficient team of core engineers who have all contributed to foundational and novel network components.
We believe in hiring only exceptional individuals who are highly motivated to work on complex core infrastructure challenges and are motivated by a coherent system design philosophy that will drive our industry forward. Expect frequent group discussions on architecture, new design specs and code reviews. We are all deeply committed to frequently shipping quality code.
