Position overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on our Web3 Infrastructure Team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the capabilities of our central platform. Your work will involve a deep collaboration with cross-functional teams and diverse ecosystems, aiming to create innovative solutions tailored to the dynamic landscape of Web3. You have 🤓

• Experience in designing and developing backend systems and APIs, with a good understanding of architecture patterns, performance optimization, security and reliability best practices
• 5+ years of experience as a Full-stack developer
• Strong proficiency in Golang (3+ years) with hands-on experience in building scalable and maintainable backend applications
• Expertise in databases, both sql and no-sql
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, with a focus on designing and implementing resilient and fault-tolerant architectures
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and the ability to build decoupled and environment-agnostic applications

About this role 🚀

The Head of Engineering for Staking and Blockchain Software Services will lead our software development efforts to build and maintain a secure, high-performance, and scalable staking platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, blockchain foundation relationships, and team leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, security, and operations, to develop and implement software service solutions that meet the needs of our clients and partners. You have

• 10+ years of hands-on technical leadership experience across full tech stacks, software design and architecture, software development processes, and multi-year technical strategy evolution to meet challenging and rapidly-growing business objectives.
• 5+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing and innovative software development teams from scratch; including recruiting, developing, and retaining top tech talent.
• Experience designing, building, and scaling API servers, with strong knowledge of RESTful API design principles, security practices, and API performance optimization.
