🚂 About Pulley Pulley's mission is to make it easier for anyone to start a company. We believe that more startups should exist and that founder-led companies are more successful in the long term. With Pulley’s cap table management tools, companies can better understand and optimize their equity for the long term. Starting a company is hard enough. Managing equity shouldn’t be. As AI reshapes how companies operate, we’re exploring what equity management looks like in an AI-native world. We believe there's an opportunity to redefine how early-stage leaders build and manage their companies. It’s a brand-new, unsolved challenge—and we're building a solution that leverages our strengths to meet it. Our trajectory is fueled by top investors like Founders’ Fund, Stripe, General Catalyst, Caffeinated Capital, 8vc, Elad Gil, among other great angels. Pulley is growing quickly with over 4,000 customers including startups like Linear, Runway, Fathom, and Roam, and we’re growing the team to meet the demand. 🌟 About the role We're looking for an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead our AI Business Process team and serve as a key technical leader across our engineering organization. You'll drive the development of innovative AI-powered features that help founders and leadership teams streamline business processes beyond equity management, while providing technical leadership across our product delivery teams. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape how the next generation of unicorn companies manage their business processes through AI, while leading a high-performing engineering team in a fast-moving startup environment. 🛠 What you’ll do

✨ Why work at Pulley?
We’ve moved beyond early-stage uncertainty - Our product has traction and we’re building on a solid foundation, but we’re still early enough in our journey where your work will directly shape the company’s trajectory as we scale. Make it easier for anyone to start a company - Founders turn bold ideas into reality - building things that might not exist otherwise. Starting a company is hard enough. Managing equity should be. Pulley exists to make equity management simpler, smarter, and more accessible for founders from day one. Work with a high-performing and passionate team - We value the concept of stunning colleagues and we’re thoughtful about creating a team that is excited about building a great company together. Here are some traits that enable our team members to thrive:
First Principles Thinking - We believe in breaking down problems into their most basic parts, and that something is possible unless proven otherwise. We understand “why did certain things work?” and apply it to our situation. Ship It & Iterate - We value people who not only generate ideas but also do the work to bring them to life. Instead of fixating on outcomes, we focus on the inputs we can control and take our best bets. We move quickly to ship something, talk to users, get feedback, and iterate. Boldly Honest & Aggressively Considerate - Being boldly honest means challenging each other to set and hit goals, and make the right strategic decisions on what to build. Being aggressively considerate means caring about one another as humans and speaking up with empathy so we can succeed together as a team. Ego-less Learner - Everyday at Pulley, we’re trying things that we’ve never done before - sometimes they work; sometimes they don’t. It’s important to embrace the mindset of a beginner - stay curious, open to feedback, and ready to learn and grow alongside the team.

At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. It’s a massive, ambitious opportunity that demands the best of us, every day, as we build the emerging onchain platform — and with it, the future global financial system.
To achieve our mission, we’re seeking a very specific candidate. We want someone who is passionate about our mission and who believes in the power of crypto and blockchain technology to update the financial system. We want someone who is eager to leave their mark on the world, who relishes the pressure and privilege of working with high caliber colleagues, and who actively seeks feedback to keep leveling up. We want someone who will run towards, not away from, solving the company’s hardest problems.
Our work culture is intense and isn’t for everyone. But if you want to build the future alongside others who excel in their disciplines and expect the same from you, there’s no better place to be.
While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.
The Coinbase Developer Platform APIs are the easiest way for developers to get started with building crypto applications. Conceived by Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong, these APIs enable those with no prior knowledge of crypto to begin sending and receiving crypto in as little as 30 seconds. A top priority of the Coinbase Developer Platform (CDP), the CDP APIs encapsulate some of the most cutting-edge technologies in crypto by externalizing Coinbase’s internal services, built over more than a decade of experience. The CDP APIs combine custodial and non-custodial wallets into one clean abstraction, making interactions with the blockchain simple and painless.
The CDP API team owns both server-side APIs and client-side libraries across different languages. The team seeks a full-stack engineer who is passionate about all aspects of excellent developer experiences: authoring clear and informative documentation, building compelling sample applications, interacting directly with customers to incorporate feedback, architecting delightfully simple SDKs, etc. The engineer must be comfortable operating in both frontend and backend codebases, fluent across a variety of programming languages, and demonstrate both high code velocity and quality simultaneously. The CDP API team consists of some of the most prolific and tenured software engineers at Coinbase, and is excited to ship a game-changing set of APIs and SDKs at breakneck speed.

By partnering with the best fiat-to-crypto payment gateways and presenting them in a single plugin their users can then buy crypto easily in-platform when needed. This is one of the most important intersections for web3/meta.
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a keen interest in the development of modern web platforms, as well as the ambition for personal growth and innovation. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll be taking a lead on some of the most important and core parts of our platform.
About You and Job Responsibilities:
You’re pragmatic, learn quickly, and have a proven track record of experience. You communicate well and enjoy working in a startup team. Above all, you’re curious about the world and passionate about what you do. The thought of working on one of the hottest platforms that bridges the traditional financial world with the world of cryptocurrencies genuinely excites you.
As a fullstack engineer, you're passionate about building high-quality scalable applications end-to-end. Most likely you have stronger engineering background in either frontend or backend. Yet you can still be productive in both while possessing expertise in one or more common server-side programming languages (such as Java, Golang, Python, C#, JavaScript/Node, etc).
On the frontend side, you are capable of developing web applications in TypeScript (or JavaScript) and dealing with HTML/CSS. You have worked with at least one of the popular frontend frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js), and build tools (like grunt, gulp, bower, npm, or webpack).
And when it comes to the backend, you have prior experience in building data-intensive applications and working knowledge of database modeling and design. You feel comfortable when dealing with message queues, streams, caching layers, and REST APIs, as well as likely have some experience integrating with external APIs too.
On top of all that, you're familiar with version control workflows, as well as have a good understanding of security and best practices for developing secure applications (e.g., the “Twelve-Factor App” principles sound to you at least familiar and fairly logical). Automated testing and testability are not an afterthought for you either.
Our tech stack:
Client-side: TypeScript / React / SCSS
Server-side: TypeScript / NodeJS / AWS Lambda (Serverless) / DynamoDB / Snowflake
We offer:
As a young company with solid funding, insightful knowledge of the crypto industry, and invaluable connections – the biggest offer we have for you is the opportunity for long-term growth, impact, and learning.Onramper is a pre-SeriesA startup going through a stage of tremendous growth. As such, you have an opportunity to help build a unicorn with a close-knit talented team, while enjoying wide autonomy, ownership, and responsibilities over the products and solutions you will be working on.
Benefits & Perks:
Location:
While we have a preference for those that can join our office in Amsterdam, we're open to applicants from countries in timezones ranging from CEST to UTC+4. Longer term, there's possibilities of Visa Sponsorship.

About Sherlock
Sherlock believes that a sound currency and functioning financial system should be basic human rights. Sherlock’s mission is to help create an open, uncensorable financial system that is secure enough for billions of people to trust with their life savings.
Traditional blockchain security reviews are a good start, but it’s not enough. That's why Sherlock provides protocols with state-of-the-art, incentive-aligned audit contests, bug bounties and smart contract coverage.
Sherlock is the only security provider that includes a warranty after each audit. Sherlock customers get up to $500k of bug bounty and exploit coverage for the first month of launch after every audit.
Sherlock is also the only security provider to serve a customer’s full security needs, including collaborative audits, audit contests, bug bounties, and coverage.
Sherlock’s audit contests combine the best of traditional auditing with a competitive twist that results in hundreds of eyes looking at the codebase and some of the best security experts in the world surfacing issues that traditional audits miss.
Sherlock is the leader in auditing, running more public audits than any other provider last year. The Ethereum Foundation, Aave, Optimism, Cosmos, MakerDAO (now Sky) and the biggest crypto teams in the world choose Sherlock for their security needs.
Join Sherlock’s elite team on the ground floor, backed by some of the best Web3 and Silicon Valley VC firms such as Alliance, Archetype, IDEO, CoinFund, Lattice, Spartan, A Capital, and many others.Sherlock's Culture
Sherlock's culture is fast-moving, intense, and not right for everyone. Here are some common attributes among historically successful team members at Sherlock:
Mission-focus
Anyone in this for reasons other than creating the best financial coordination mechanism in history will either get too demotivated to last through multi-year bear markets or get too distracted during the frothy bull markets.
Willingness to work long, hard and smart
If Sherlock has any advantage, it is the willingness to work harder and think with more discipline than anyone else. This includes thinking from first principles about all important decisions and always thinking in tradeoffs and bets.
Owner mentality
Team members get ownership in Sherlock after a short time in this role, and each is expected to act like an owner of a Michelin-star restaurant where no detail is too small.
Builder mentality
Everyone at Sherlock is deep in the arena getting their hands dirty and this is a vulnerable position. There are no pure "idea people" or pure managers at Sherlock; everyone is in execution mode first and foremost.
Customer focus
It is too easy to sit behind a computer and build in an echo chamber. We must go out of our way to experience the customer's viewpoint as often as possible.
Professional athlete mentality
Professional athletes opt in to a high-performance, meritocratic culture. This creates an environment that brings out the best in people and rewards each for their respective performance. But it's also an environment where being in the 70th percentile in your role means you will have a short tenure on the team.
Comfort with directness and transparency
You must be comfortable giving direct feedback to others and receiving direct feedback yourself. "Not ruffling feathers" comes at the expense of moving in a suboptimal direction for too long. Sherlock is extremely transparent internally (and with customers) which means you can get involved in decisions made in any part of Sherlock.
The Role
Sherlock is already one of the leaders in blockchain security. But we’re looking to push the space forward further. Your role will be to contribute to the development of an exciting new initiative inside Sherlock.
This initiative will be spearheaded by the CTO of Sherlock directly, and other team members are some of the best in the world at what they do. It will be a small team of elite members working on a very interesting area of blockchain security. If you succeed, you’ll take on much of the new feature development for this initiative, with support from the CTO, Sherlock’s existing engineers and designers.
We are looking for someone who gets excited about the impact they can make in a role. The pace will be fast and the responsibilities will be high. Experience with Sherlock’s existing frontend and backend tech stack is a requirement. As is a strong base of Solidity knowledge. If you're serious about applying for this job and you've read this far, please email jack at sherlock dot xyz with 4-sentence answers to each of these three questions: What is the biggest individual contribution you’ve ever made to a software project? What gets you out of bed and excites you? Why should Sherlock select you over hundreds of other applicants?
Your role is to take on the highest impact position in a new initiative at Sherlock alongside a small team of elite players. In terms of the skills required in your role, a strong understanding of Python, Typescript and Solidity is a must. You’ll be responsible for full-stack development of features using Python in the backend, Typescript in the frontend, React and NextJS frameworks. You’ll be building an application related to Solidity smart contract security, so a strong understanding of Solidity is also required.
Any understanding of Solidity security vulnerabilities is a plus, but not a requirement for the role. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:
- Building features in an enterprise-grade application using Python (backend), Typescript (frontend), React and NextJS (10x weight)
- Understanding the user requirements of a Solidity developer and building based on their feedback (7x weight)
- Taking product direction from the CTO and working alongside designers (7x weight)
- Being extremely hungry/driven and ready to wear a different hat on any given day to help Sherlock succeed (5x weight)
Requirements
- Past experience building full-stack applications using Python (backend), Typescript (frontend), React and NextJS
- A strong understanding of Solidity smart contract development
- A strong interest in Solidity smart contract vulnerabilities
- A strong interest in AI applications and agentic workflows
Nice to Haves
- Past experience with Solidity smart contract development
- Past experience with Solidity smart contract vulnerability research
- Past experience with AI, LLMs, and/or building agentic workflows
What's in it for you
- Attractive base (payable in fiat or crypto) + material tokens/equity + benefits
- Flexible time-off policy
- Great healthcare
- Multiple offsites each year in places like France, Argentina, Thailand, etc.
- Be a huge contributor on a small elite team focused on an exciting area of blockchain security
- Root access to the decision-making process/criteria in all areas of Sherlock and the ability to work directly with the founders
- Move quickly and get stuff done on a small, elite team that has already made a big impact in the crypto space
- Play a huge role in defining the future of Sherlock and accomplishing the goal of making crypto/DeFi accessible to everyone

ABOUT DOUBLEZERO
DoubleZero is a decentralized, permissionless protocol that revolutionizes network performance for distributed systems like blockchain. The mission is simple: increase bandwidth and reduce latency.
DoubleZero increases bandwidth by filtering junk data that currently plagues validators and other network operators. DoubleZero reduces latency by connecting these filters with underutilized private fiber links in the form of a mesh network. By combining these improvements and routing the right data through optimized, low-latency paths, the DoubleZero protocol empowers blockchains and other systems to reach performance levels that are currently impossible.
In short, DoubleZero is a new Internet for distributed systems. It is supported by two organizations: DoubleZero Foundation, which drives the adoption, decentralization, security, and advancement of the protocol; and Malbec Labs, which develops the technical components of the protocol itself. We look forward to hearing from you.
