Develop, maintain and enhance FalconX’s proprietary risk management systems, infrastructure, risk data, and processes Architect and build scalable, robust, performant risk solutions for institutional customers and internal teams. Architect/build/improve a proprietary auto-liquidation engine for FalconX. Work closely with multiple members of the risk team to develop, maintain and improve the risk management stack Coach and mentor teammates on supporting and maintaining FalconX’s risk solutions.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, EE, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent fields. 5-9 years of extensive experience with software engineering, object-oriented coding, design and complex distributed architectures. Python programming experience with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Strong system design skills with ability to build low latency systems. Comfortable working with Linux/AWS environments. Proactive, strong sense of ownership with the ability to partner and build alignment with our risk, product and engineering teams. Experience in risk management in a trading environment (hedge fund or bank). Knowledge of a range of financial products and experience with a variety of derivatives asset classes. Strong passion for intuitive, analytical, out-of-the box thinking and problem solving Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Professional experience (at least 2 years) in a quant risk role is a plus. About the Role:

As a Senior iOS Engineer at Avara, you will lead the development of an SDK that enables seamless fiat-to-crypto money movement and high-converting card payments across Avara’s products and partner ecosystem. Together, we will build bridges, remove toll booths, and increase financial access for billions of people.

• Oversee the end-to-end process of building and supporting an iOS SDK that will be used by some of the most demanding product teams in crypto
