Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend components for Web3 applications;
• Implement and support up-to-date shuffle statuses in the shuffle tracker;
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (QA, smart contracts);
• Research and experiment with new technologies, tools, and frameworks;
• Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and other relevant team activities.

What skills and competences will help you to succeed in the role:

• At least 3 years of commercial development experience;
• Proficiency in Vue3, Typescript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and Git;
• Strong teamwork and communication skills;
• Fluent in Russian (required to communicate comfortably with Russian-speaking team members);
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Although shipping is important, this role entails more than writing lines of code. You’ll be involved in discovery work and ensuring that we build user-centred solutions that can scale.

• You’ll be deeply involved in crafting delightful user experiences.
• You’ll play an instrumental role in architecting our systems, working with our current FE engineer, CTO (co-founder), back end engineers, smart contract developers and product manager.
• You’ll be heavily involved in product discovery work.
• We prioritise learning and shipping. We keep processes minimal.
• You won’t burn time in pointless meetings. We run a planning call on Mondays and do demos on Fridays. We have ad hoc working sessions and do daily async written updates.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js ecosystems
• Hands on experience with Web3 technologies (wagmi, viem, Rainbowkit)
• Extensive experience with ReactQuery for efficient data fetching and state management
• Advanced knowledge of Typescript, including complex type definitions and best practices
• Expertise in modern CSS frameworks, particularly Tailwind CSS
• Demonstrated experience in monorepo architecture and management
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience implementing robust pipelines

As a Contract-to-Hire Mobile Developer, you’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to create mobile experiences that align with our mission. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a React Native application with strong TypeScript integration, working on both iOS and Android components. Experience with cryptocurrency wallets and knowledge of Rust are beneficial for this role, as we continue to explore the intersection of mobile and blockchain technology.
