As a Staff Web Engineer on the Product Engagement team, youâll focus on building and refining the Gemini exchange web interfaceâour core trading platform. Youâll collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers across web, mobile, and backend teams to deliver a best-in-class UI thatâs secure, performant, and easy to use. This role offers the chance to tackle complex technical problems and drive meaningful improvements that enhance our customersâ trading experience and help define the future of digital asset trading.

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $172,000 - $215,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidateâs compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
